I got my breast augmentation surgery with implants by Dr. Wittmann in 2018. Worst decision I could make. I will get a revision surgery by another plastic surgeon soon and he also hates the results I got by the first surgery - he shaked his head about the types of implants used (way too hard), about the positioning and everything.

When I consulted with Dr. Wittmann before my surgery, I told him I was worried about rippling and sagging of the implants and that I like to do weight lifting (he recommended under-muscle placement, which is probably the worst you could choose). He did not really discuss the pro and cons and I never got to touch an implant for example to see how it feels. Soon after the surgery, I saw that the left implant slipped upwards and is way too high since - Dr. Wittmann and his assistent tried to blame me quite harshly, although I said I did not lift anything heavy, I nearly ran out of there crying. He said he wants to do a revision immediately, but I did not want to let him touch the breast again after this treatment and after the immense (!!) pain I had after surgery. Now, years later, the left implant is still too high, my breasts feel super hard and unnatural since day one, especially when I am lying down (no capsule contraction though), contort with every little move of my breast muscle and I have a waterfall deformity (my natural breast tissue sagged over the implants; keep in mind I am only 30 and slim). And after the surgery when you wake up from anaesthesia they made me stand up and switch into a wheelchair to get to my room, because the beds are too big for the elevator. Again, this was immensely painful.

Also, there was a problem in commuication obviously, because the ordered the wrong implants. I have email proof of this. At the day of the surgery, they talked me into accepting them ("the doctor decided, we should take them", no discussing of alternative choices).

Some time ago I also found another review of a patient with a similar horrible experience, I guess it got deleted now. But I imagine there must be many similar cases. Well, now I have to pay more than twice for a revision surgery because they are more complicated, and for the breast lift I also would have needed in 2018.
