The worst ever experience: Made an appointment, but showed up a bit late, of course, I had called them in advance and let them know I was running a few minutes late. I was told it is okay to come. When I arrived I was waiting for about 30 minutes, which was fine with me. At some point a lady (probably the doctor’s assistant) came out and invited the next person in line in. A gentleman stepped in. In the meantime, I genuinely tried to ask the lady about the estimated delay who interrupted me in the middle of my question and started basically yelling (!!!) at me saying: “Listen I’m here, okay, so sit down and wait.” With that she closed the door in front of me. So, I knocked, opened the door and cancelled my appointment :)
